Sterile Processing Tech Location: Madison, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,290 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Shift Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday–Friday No weekends, no call Responsibilities: Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment Assemble trays and prepare instruments for procedures Reprocess scopes and specialty equipment Use proper labeling, wrapping, and sterilization techniques Work in a fast?paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety Support OR and hospital units by ensuring sterile, ready?to?use instruments Requirements Job Requirements Experience 2 years of sterile processing/reprocessing experience Must have experience in an Academic Level I or Level II Trauma Center (or similar?size hospital) No travel experience required Certifications One of the following is required (only one needed): CBSPD – Certified Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician or IAHCSMM / HSPA – Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Education High School Diploma or equivalent
