Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our team, focusing on providing exceptional rehabilitation

illnesses or injuries. In this role, you will assess patient needs,
create and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. We are

each patient. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate
physical rehabilitation plans. Implement therapy interventions and
regularly assess progress. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and preventative measures. Maintain comprehensive
documentation of patient care and progress. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Stay
updated with best practices and emerging therapies in physical
therapy. Strong ability to assess patient conditions and devise
therapy plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in utilizing physical therapy equipment and techniques
Capable of managing multiple patients with diverse needs Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and safety standards Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a
Physical Therapist required. Additional certification in
specialized physical therapy areas is a plus.
