Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team, providing top-tier nursing care in rehabilitation and
home health/hospice settings. This role is pivotal in helping
patients recover and regain independence after serious illnesses or
injuries. As part of our compassionate and professional team,
you'll work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on
patient-centered care, upholding our commitment to restoring hope
and improving quality of life. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate nursing care plans to address complex patient needs. Work
closely with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs, responding to clinical changes and
providing timely intervention. Educate patients and their families
on illness prevention and health restoration. Ensure compliance
with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient
documentation. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or
rehabilitative care setting Excellent patient management abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Superior communication and empathy skills Knowledge of healthcare

Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
