Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • ADN completion required Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills / Experience: ICU and MedSurg competent Required Credentials: Education: Associate Degree or Certificate Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends out of 4 as needed; if on nights it is Fri/Sat if scheduled days it is Sat/Sun No requirements for additional on-call or back-up.
