Job Description Job Description Salary: JOB HIGHLIGHTS Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC-IT (state of Wisconsin) Responsibilities: Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client Ability to build strong relationships with patients Ability to provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns Ability to consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan Valid drivers license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
