Nursing Supervisor to: - Foster effective communication and
collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including
leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and
support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care. -
Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency
Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit
operations. - Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support
for professional development, performance evaluations, and team

Science - Nursing (BSN) Required Work Experience - 3 years of
relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required - 5
years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Preferred -
Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated
success. Preferred Licenses & Certifications - Registered Nurse
license in state of Wisconsin. Upon Hire Required - Certification
