location or community 30 mins from Madison location • Average of 15
clinic patients per day • 32 hour work week • Clinic staff includes
dedicated nurse, social worker, and diabetes educator Compensation
Details • $350K in annual guaranteed compensation $150K Sign-on
bonus WRVU bonus and eligibility for the Public Service Loan
