Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Madison, WI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,200 to $3,384 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Facility : UW Health American Family Childrens Hospital Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Requirements Years of Experience : 2 year(s) Note: Must have 1 year level IV exp. and total of at least 2 years of NICU Charting System : Required , Epic Travel Experience Required : Yes Licensure and Certification: -Traveler must have Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or compact license from their permanent address state. -BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY -NRP required
