Physical Therapist Location: Fond Du Lac, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:30 - 18:00) Experience: 1 year of experience required License: Wisconsin license required (can be pending upon submission) Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Strong orthopedic skills Some inpatient experience Description: This position is for an outpatient physical therapist. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour days, from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6 PM. The daily caseload will be approximately 10 to 12 patients. First-time travelers are accepted. There are no weekend requirements for this position. Travelers must have the ability to shave for mask fit testing. Medical and religious exemptions for the COVID-19 vaccine are accepted. Candidates must have strong orthopedic skills and some inpatient experience. All travelers must adhere to the facility's health and safety protocols. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in cancellation of the offer. The facility expects some assistance with inpatient coverage if cancellations occur.
