qualifications will not be considered. A Long Term Care pharmacist
opportunity is available to provide relief coverage for a small,
independent LTC pharmacy in Wisconsin. This is a per diem role
supporting medication dispensing and pharmacy operations at a
licensed facility in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Responsibilities include:
Accurate medication dispensing and packaging for long-term care
patients Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of
medications Utilizing pharmacy technology systems for quality
assurance and regulatory compliance Communicating effectively with
patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care
Qualifications: Active Wisconsin pharmacist license is required
Previous experience in long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
Familiarity with Framework pharmacy software is a significant
advantage; training is available if needed Schedule: Available to
work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00
AM to 1:00 PM during coverage periods Sundays off This per diem
pharmacist position supports vacation coverage and workload
fluctuations. The contract is active with ongoing opportunities
anticipated throughout 2025 and beyond. Compensation ranges from
$60 to $64 per hour, with mileage and hotel expenses covered by the
