You will lead a highly respected and growing team of Cardiac,
Vascular and Cardiovascular sonographers across multiple sites in
the Madison, WI area. This is a unique opportunity to step into an

imaging. A successful candidate will be credentialed and
experienced in one of the following: Cardiac or Vascular or
Cardiovascular and will be a graduate of an accredited Cardiac
and/or Vascular program. You are a highly skilled sonographer who
has grown into leadership through Supervisory roles or progressive
responsibility in Lead sonographer roles, Clinical Education or
Technical Director roles. You’re ready to take the next step and
motivate others, elevate practice, and drive quality across a
service line. Grow in a supportive environment: Lead a team of 25
sonographers with the support of five area-focused Lead
sonographers that value mentorship, autonomy, and excellence. This
role is the perfect blend of clinical work and strategic

integration, Advanced Cardiac Sonography (ACS), and Structural

seeking a Supervisor, Cardiovascular Sonography – Non-Invasive to:
/n /n - Motivate, lead others and share knowledge to provide
advanced training to current Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers and
new staff members. /n - Collaborate between programs to cultivate a
dynamic and high functioning team that focuses on providing an
optimal cardiovascular imaging experience. /n - Assume a daily
leadership role and demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill in all
applicable clinical settings. /n - Provide daily oversite and
supervision of sonographer schedules. /n - Stay abreast of current
IAC guidelines and updates. Suggest and support changes in
procedures, policies, and quality improvement. Coordinate training
and development of sonography team and keep them advised of any
technology updates or changes. /n - Collaborate with clinicians,
care team leaders, staff nurses, other disciplines, and
patient/family to develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care
and a positive experience for the patients, families, and visitors.
/n - Support the development and coordination of new programs,
cutting-edge technology and procedures utilizing ultrasound
imaging. /n - The team supports a robust structural heart program.
The procedures include transcatheter aortic and mitral valve
replacements, MitraTEER, TriTEER and Watchman implantation,
PFO/ASD/VSD closures and alcohol septal ablation procedures. /n -
Lead in a Cardiovascular Imaging Lab that is accredited by the IAC
- in both Echo and Vascular Imaging at 6 locations, including a
Level 1 Trauma Center, critical care facility and clinics in the

Ultrasound, Radiology, Biological Sciences, or relevant health
services field Preferred /n - Master's Degree in business
administration, healthcare management or related care management
field Preferred /n - Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of
Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) approved ultrasound
program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology,
Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field Required Preferred /n
- Graduate of an ultrasonography program Required /n /n /n /n /n /n
/n Work Experience/n /n /n /n - 3 years experience in performing
complex Cardiac or Vascular ultrasound imaging Required /n - 1 year
of progressively increased responsibility in a leadership role in
an advanced healthcare setting Required /n - 5 years experience to
include leadership, training of staff and students and
progressively responsible experience as a lead sonographer or
