Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Level IV for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/10/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Details Role: Registered Nurse – NICU Facility: UW Health – American Family Children’s Hospital Location: Madison, WI Unit: Neonatal ICU (Level IV), PN8 Start Date: 01/10/2026 Shift: 4x12 Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) Duration: 13 weeks License Requirement: WI or Compact (active at time of submission) Charting: Epic (required) Requirements - Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience - At least 1 year Level IV NICU experience (required) - Surgical & trach/vent management experience - Experience with post-op infants, g-tubes, advanced ventilation modes - Travel experience required - Certifications: - BLS (AHA only) - NRP (required) - PALS (preferred) - Must pass telemetry exam (80% & 100% lethal rhythm identification) - Must live 50 miles from the facility (no locals) Job Highlights - 26-bed Level IV NICU with high-acuity neonates - Exposure to advanced therapies: whole-body cooling, HFNC, oscillators, nitric oxide, NAVA ventilation - Multidisciplinary support (RT, PT, pharmacy, IV team, etc.) - Magnet-designated hospital - 2 pre-approved PTO requests - Traveler floating required (travelers float first) K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
