Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the
past 12 months. • Travel experience is required from any number of
months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or
compact license (required for submission). • This role may require
floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not
allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be
submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious
and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after
submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical,
and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be
required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health

process. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may
not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the
unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse
manager. Required Skills/Experience Required Skillset: ICU and
MedSurg competant Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on
Unit: Types of Patients on Unit: The case mix is medical and
surgical patients such as joint replacements and general surgical
patients Unit/Facility Details: They have 11 beds for covid
patients Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday: 2 weekends out of 4
as needed, if on nights it is Fri/Sat On Call/Call Back
Requirements: No requirements for additional on-call or back-up.
Additional shifts MAY be available to pick up for sick calls, etc.
Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day-Memorial Day-Independence
Day-Labor Day-Thanksgiving-Christmas Day Floating Requirements:
Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and
Riverview 7 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 3 years
(Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission 1 reference
from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required
