Job Description:
Seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to
provide direct resident care and support occupational therapy
plans.
Administer treatments as outlined by physicians and occupational
therapists to help residents improve or regain daily
functioning.
Report resident progress, complications, and treatment responses to
the Occupational Therapist.
Assist in performing procedures, tests, and treatments, ensuring
safety and effectiveness.
Maintain confidentiality of patient, facility, and physician
information.
Keep accurate billing records daily and participate in
interdisciplinary and family meetings as needed.
Adhere to documentation protocols and meet productivity standards
set by management.
Qualifications include being a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assistant in Pennsylvania in good standing.
