Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team at SSM Health Dean Medical Group South Madison Campus. As a key member of our oncology team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with healthcare providers.
• Participate in patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
