Work Schedule :Scheduled shifts are typically Monday through
Friday, with 8 hours shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM 5:30 PM.
No weekends required . Hours may vary based on the operational
needs of the department. You will work at Eastpark Medical Center
in Madison, WI.Pay : UW Health offers a competitive compensation
package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be
taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.
This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus

CenterWe are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN)
to:Provide quality, conscientious care, with strict attention to
details, in a fast-paced, compassionate, and patient-family
centered environment.Prepare patients for examination, obtain vital
signs, document chief complaint, review/update medications and
allergies, assist with clinic procedures, and assist nursing staff
with treatments for patients.Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness

Diploma or equivalent and ONE of the following:Completion of an
accredited medical assistant program ORLicensure as an LPN
ORCompletion of the UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program
ORAttainment of the CCMA certification as a UWH employee
ORAcceptance into the UWH MA Apprenticeship Program Accelerated
OROne year of recent Medical Assistant experience and CMA, RMA or
CCMA CertificationWork Experience :Preferred One (1) year of
experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPNLicenses and
Certifications :Minimum Certified as CMA, RMA, or CCMA or eligible
for certification. Certification must be obtained within one (1)
year of hire date.If applying in lieu of Medical Assistant
education or LPN licensure, must have current CMA, RMA, or CCMA
