Job Description:
Work Schedule :60-100% FTE available, Monday Friday between the
hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No holidays or call.Be part of something
remarkableAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral
role in our outpatient ambulatory care teams by providing
high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:Care for the acute and
chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.Perform annual
physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our
family medicine populationPerform asynchronous care through
inbasket managementPerform routine clinical procedures
independently including wart removal, pap smears, IUD removal,
IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.Complete minimal
inbasket workEducation :If Nurse Practitioner: Masters or
Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.If Physician
Assistant: Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA
Program.Work Experience :Required Two (2) years of relevant
clinical experienceLicenses and Certifications :Minimum State of
Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and
APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority,
in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in
area of clinical practice. These may include the following:
Family.If Physician Assistant*:Active PA license, including
prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive PA board
certificationAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant
