Job Description:
Work Schedule :100% FTE. Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 shifts. No on
call, no weekends. You will work at 6001 Research Park Blvd in
Madison, WI.Be part of something remarkableAs an Advanced Practice
Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and
ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective
care to patients.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to:Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health
team including physicians, other advanced practice practitioners,
and a respiratory therapist, to provide comprehensive care to
patients in the area of sleep disorders.Take care of patients of
all ages with acute and chronic illnesses, specifically in sleep
related disorders in an outpatient population with a potential
pediatric populationFollow-up visits of sleep apnea patients
treated with PAP therapies.Education :If Nurse Practitioner:
Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.If
Physician Assistant: Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA
Program.Work Experience:Preferred - Three years of relevant
clinical experience in primary care, pulmonary, cardiology,
neurology, ENT, ED or psychiatry preferred.Licenses and
Certifications :Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf
Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses,
including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice ANDActive
board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may
include the following: Family Medicine.If Physician
Assistant*:Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in
state(s) of practice ANDActive PA board certificationAll Nurse
Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active
DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon
