DescriptionFull-Time Weeknight Hospice Medical Social Worker Opportunity!! Have your weekends free!

ProMedica Hospice, formerly Heartland Hospice is searching for a full-time Medical Social Worker to support their patients and families in the Madison and surrounding areas. This is a weeknight position where you would be available for visits M-Th, 5pm-8am.

Experience in hospice is greatly desired but will consider health care experience in a multidisciplinary setting, experience working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death, and experience with community programs. Master's degree in Social Work and license or certification in the state of WI required. 100% daily travel is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
