The Marshfield Clinic Cancer Care within the Marshfield Clinic Health System is a fully integrated between all locations with regularly scheduled tumor boards and other collaborations. Call is 1:5If you have a background in clinical trials research and leadership experience, there is an leadership opportunity for Clinical Research Center Director at 0.3 FTE: CRC Director Job PostingThe Director-Clinical Research Center will provide policy direction, operational guidance, and scientific leadership for the Marshfield Clinic Health System s (MCHS) multi-specialty clinical trial program. The Director-CRC will make a scientific and leadership contribution to the mission of MCRI. This individual serves as the lead spokesperson for clinical trial research efforts and mentors and oversees the productivity of clinicians engaging in clinical trials. The Director-CRC works with internal and external parties to expand on the research within the CRC. This individual will work collaboratively with various leaders throughout MCRI and MCHS to develop and implement complementary strategic plans in the research institute in support of the overall health system.Qualifications:

• Must work in Marshfield onsite
• Must have 6+ years of clinical trial research experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• 0.3FTE will be dedicated to CRC Director position
  • Office for CRC Director role in research area (Lawton Building) for easier work separation
  • Up to 0.7 FTE of any clinical/surgical time
    • Team is flexible if it is 1.5 days, or 3-4 hours per day as long as it meets 12 hours a week in the CRC Director positionAccepting J1 visa waiver candidates. Compensation and Benefits
