• Willing to wait for license
  
• BC required
  
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
  
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS required
  
• Average of 70 - 100 patients during weekdays and 50 - 70 during weekends
  
• Suture, splint, I&D, FBR, cold/flu, fractures, small dislocations
  
• Credentialing needed
  
• DEA needed
