Experience:
--- 24 months of Operating Room experience is required.
--- 3 months of experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in
hand at the time of application.
--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and
medical declinations accepted.
--- COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and
personal declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Information:
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: 8-10hr days (shift varies depending on surgical
volumes)
On Call/Call Back Requirements: On-call rotation - 30-minute
response time
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every 3rd weekend & holiday due to on
call rotation
BLS must be AHA
Minimum Experience: Circulating, PACU & pre/post-op experience.
Prefer Pre-op teaching experience.
Scrub Colors: Solid colors
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type)
Certifications:
--- BLS (Basic Life Support)
--- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
--- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
--- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
