  • Completion of 75-hour State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant course (16 hours of clinical rotation and 59 hours of classroom)
  • Completion of State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant exam through Headmaster
  • $650 cost of class (eligible for reimbursement or paid training if working with Greenway)
  • $125 cost for final exam Requirements:
    • Be at least 16 years old
    • Up-to-date immunization records
    • Pass a criminal background check
    • Completion of 2-step TB testing
