• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required.Requirements:
  • Candidates must have applied for Wisconsin license or compact license before applying for this role.
    • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
      • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
        • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.Additional Information:BLS and ACLS must be AHA.40 HPWRotating weekends and holidays.On Call Requirement: yes, rotation (1 out of 3 weekdays and weekends approx. or more depending on needs of dept.)Must have 2yrs experience in the Cath Lab, with Interventional Radiology and/or Neuro preferred.Must accept/decline an offer within 24 hours.Please be advised that start dates will be -28 days out from time of offer to ensure enough time for compliance completion.
