Job Description:

Evolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking a RN for an immediate opportunity supporting an acute rehabilitation unit in a hospital not far from the Madison, WI area. - -As a rehabilitation nurse at this facility you will provide care to help patients recover while preventing rising concerns. You may also provide patient and family education, counseling, and case management.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Participates in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI).
• Maintains positive relationships with all patients, families and staff.Schedule:
  • Shift: Nights 6:30a -- 7:00p
  • Duration - 13 weeks
  • Start date: TBDQualifications/Requirements:
    • Valid state RN license
    • BLS (AHA required)
    • ACLS (preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years of experienceCompensation:
      • Negotiable
      • Tax free allowance available for travelers
      • Commute must be 50 mile or greater to qualify for travel stipends
      • To receive stipend we recommend duplicate expenses
