W ork Schedule :This posting represents multiple Behavioral Health Clinician positions we have available at various Madison and outlying area clinics. Schedules range from 80-100% FTE (32-40 hours per week). Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position is hybrid, partially in person and partially remote.Pay :

• External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign on bonus.Be part of something remarkableWorking as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to:
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide short, but intense follow-up.
  • Connect patients to resources.
  • Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement. Education :Minimum - Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.If Psychologist - Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or related field.Work Experience :Minimum - Two (2) years' experience in a health care environment in a patient/client contact role.Preferred - One (1) year of experience working with behavioral health issues in a primary care setting.If Psychologist - One (1) year of post doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health.Licenses and Certifications :Minimum - Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT).If Psychologist - Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin.CPR/BLSUW Health Clinics - our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing an exceptional patient and family experience by delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate environment.
