Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Job Title:SHP Pharmacy Services Director (Remote Option)Cost Center:682891381 SHP-PharmacyScheduled Weekly Hours:40Employee Type:RegularWork Shift:40 Normal (United States of America)Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Director of Pharmacy Services provides strategic and operational leadership of the Security Health Plan (SHP) pharmacy programs. - The individual will collaborate and align pharmacy strategy and initiatives with Security Health Plan (SHP) and Marshfield Clinic Health Systems (MCHS) needs. - The Director of Pharmacy Services will collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to deliver affordable, high-quality insurance products.JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: -Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.Preferred/Optional: Masters or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required: Five years of management experience in a health plan or integrated care delivery system. - Demonstrated success managing strategic vendor partners (e. g. PBM), managing a budget, managing a staff, operating quality programs, and administration of government plans. Demonstrated proficiency with using data and synthesizing data to drive execution and performance in pharmacy programs and formulary management. Demonstrated high-level proficiency with verbal, non-verbal and written communications skills, presentations and with the Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred/Optional: Managed care or other business related residency program.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
