Job Description & RequirementsSocial Worker - Acute - (SW - Acute)StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1900.00One year experience working in a hospital inpatient setting, doing discharge planning required. Two (2) years prior hospital based social work experience OR Two (2) years prior hospital or community-based social work experience if supporting the HIV Clinic preferred. Education - Master's Degree in Social Work.Required QualificationsLicense: WI-RequiredCert.
