Description:The Project Executive is responsible for securing new projects and the related project management between the various departments within ERDMAN. This role interacts with clients and potential clients to understand their business objectives, needs and expectations. The Project Executive brings potential projects to the Executive Team for approval and assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Serves as the primary liaison with clients to bring projects to completion while maintaining maximum client satisfaction from the project's inception through completion.Project Management: Provides project oversight and direction to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of the project.Risk Management: Partners with the Risk Management team to oversee legal and liability issues, including managing the contracting process, securing executed contracts that fit within the company's risk and financial thresholds.Financial: Accountable for all financial aspects of the business operation for the area of responsibility.Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Masters of Business Administration preferredCertifications and/or Licenses: None requiredRelevant Experience & Training:10 years' design or construction experience of healthcare or senior living projects (over $50MM)Experience in the management of Architectural, Engineering or Construction Operations staffWorking Conditions:40% national travel required.The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job/classification.
