Well-established primary care team of 4 Physicians & 5 Advanced Practitioners is seeking to add a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to their team NE of Madison, WI.

• 
  
• Practice in our new state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic which opened in February of 2021
  
• Full time opportunity (.8-1.0 fte), outpatient only practice
  
• Flexible schedule offering a work/life balance
  
• Call is phone only, and calls are triaged by a skilled nurse
  
• Multi-specialty clinic includes services provided by 14 specialties
  
• EPIC EMR
