Quality Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements

We want to reward you for giving us a chance, so when you sign for your first assignment (of 13 weeks or more) with us from now until August 31st we will include a $1,000 bonus on your first paycheck.**Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year
    of age. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on
    the current staffing needs. During the travelers assignment, if the primary
    unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order
    to complete contract.The Employee Health Services (EHS) Nurse
    Clinician is a Registered Nurse who provides direct and indirect nursing care
    for UW Health employees, contract employees and non-employee groups, with
    particular emphasis in the area of occupational health.The Nurse
    Clinician utilizes established protocols and current standards of care to meet
    the wide variety of health care needs of the UW Health employee
    population.Primary work duties will be performing
    immunizations, TB skin tests, triaging calls, and respirator fit testing.Minimum Requirements:
    3 years of relevant nursing experience required.
    Experience working in either an employee health clinic,
    infectious disease or internal medicine clinic preferred.
    Certified as a COHN preferred.
    must have a permanent address outside50mile radius of Madison
    must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent
    address state.

    *Will consider candidates without WI or
    compact license but must apply for a temporary license under the
    interstate reciprocity order within 48 hours of offer accepted and
    provide screenshot of application submitted. Traveler must complete
    this requirement prior to being cleared to start.

    must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3
    Prior traveling experience is preferred.
    must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center.
