REGISTERED NURSE - MED SURG

POSITION OVERVIEW
$20,000 Sign On Bonus for RN's with greater than 1 year experience and $5,000 for RN's with less than 1 year experience.

The Registered Nurse prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and personally provides nursing care for a group of patients in a designated time frame. In a team effort with other members of the hospital staff, assists patients to move as rapidly, uneventfully, safely and effectively as possible through their hospitalization period.
LOCATION: Wisconsin Rapids, WI
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Med/surg experience is desired but not required.
EDUCATION
Candidates should possess one or more of the following:
Graduate of an approved or accredited school of nursing.
Must hold an active Wisconsin or multi-state/compact state license as a Registered Nurse (RN.)
Current CPR certification.
