Job DescriptionFull time position available for a Clinic Nursing
Manager for our four Rural Health Clinics. The Clinic Nursing
Manager will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, facilitate
and provide direction to staff and maintain continuity of care
between clinic departments and other departments. Clinic Nursing
Manager duties also include the coordination and evaluation of
nursing and clinical activities and staff at the various VMH clinic
locations. Qualified Clinic Nursing Manager candidate must have a
WI RN license and a minimum of three years relevant experience as a
Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinic setting. BSN along with
supervisory experience, working knowledge of budgeting, medical
office procedures, clinic operations and workflows using EPIC,
effective decision-making skills and proficient computer skills.
