Bring your dreams.Quick Stats:Job ID: R12888 Data Analytics Manager (Open)Summary:*The HR Data Analytics Manager leads a team of three workforce analytics consultants responsible for delivering data and analytics that provide future insights, predictions, and optimization of our enterprise workforce.



  • The individual selected for the role will provide subject matter expertise to the team in advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization.
  • We are searching for a leader that has experience effectively managing relationships across multiple levels of an organization, while helping drive strategic business needs through analysis and actionable insights.
  • Experience with advanced statistical analyses and machine learning techniques strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using R/Python for data manipulation and analyses preferred, including preparation of data for analysis, conducting statistical tests (e.g. linear regression) and interpreting output, generation of intuitive visualizations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and best practices strongly preferred, including experience translating multiple data sets into actionable insights.Responsibilities:Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements




    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
    • Demonstrated experience balancing strategic thinking with analytical and conceptual problem solving skills across a variety of programs and business partners.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including people or project management.
    • Demonstrated progressive experience working with and developing insights from data, metrics, statistical analysis and modeling.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of statistical theory, calculations, and analytical methods.


      Travel Requirements


      • This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

          Job Description:Primary Accountabilities

          • Leads the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative analysis, predictive analytics, workforce visualization tools, and other methodologies to provide company leadership and Human Resources with people trends and insights.
          • Leads various types of workforce analysis and planning and assists staff to develop presentations to inform on people trends, insights and implications.
          • Generates data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with Human Resource business partners and internal and external functional experts. Leads the creation of statistical data models to do predictive analysis of talent data.
          • Conducts program evaluations and predictive modeling that helps address business issues and results in actionable recommendations.
          • Consults with business leaders on advanced workforce analytics.
          • Provides expertise as it relates to best practices and industry trends in HR analytics.
