We were founded in August of 2015 by a nuclear engineer, a building technology guru and a lifelong salesman who had a vision to advance the built environment to improve the lives of others. Who you are:

You’re a dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and a team first, positive attitude. You have the humility and patience of Mr. Rogers, but a “Make it work.” Tim Gunn attitude. Getting deep into the weeds of a sale is your jam, but so is executing a high level sales strategy that leads your team to success (pun intended). With the teaching skills of Mr. Rogers and Tim Gunn’s eye for talent - you’re ready to dig in and build a superb team of sellers. You’ve seen a lot and are ready to find a company that you can make an immediate impact with. You know how to incentivize people, and are great at motivating. What you’ll do:

As the Vice President of Sales, you’ll build, train, and mentor our growing sales team as we continue to expand into new markets and verticals. We have a customer centric sales mentality, and expect you to uphold that value so we can continue to separate Company from the existing market. Partnering with our Director of Sales, you’ll lead our efforts in channel strategy, pricing model definition and evolution, as well as continuously adapting our metrics and goals. Through collaboration with our outstanding Marketing Team, you’ll expand and refine our sales funnel. Our growth as a company will be the result of your direct impact on the productivity and success of this team.

Your qualifications:

You must have five plus years of experience selling Saas solutions, leading a team of 5-20 sales(wo)men. You’re known for having high cultural integrity, and have created, managed, and grown a sales team strategy. You’re experienced in mid enterprise sales, with deal sizes between $10-250k. In the past, you’ve lead a team who has grown annual revenue from $2M to $25M. You’ve partnered with, and have knowledge of marketing, product, and customer success. You’re looking forward to collaborating, driving the business, and being an active participant in our board and executive level strategy discussions.
