Positions are available in Transportation Design, Transportation Construction, Land Development, Structures, Traffic & Roundabouts, and Local Government.Visit our website to learn about our people, culture, and community impact.Job ResponsibilitiesLead a project team to ensure quality workDevelop, monitor, and manage project budgetsManage project scope, schedule, and staffingEffectively communicate with clientsEnsure project-specific delivery requirements are metLead project pursuits, secure contract work, negotiate contracts, and provide updates as requestedProvide mentorship, guidance, and development to staffDevelop and maintain client and stakeholder relationshipsCollaborate with colleagues and utilize internal resources to continuously enhance your professional skillsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems that arise during the project lifecycleAdminister JT's Quality Assurance process for all projectsJob RequirementsA Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projectsA Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)Strong understanding of industry standard design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical competence in developing and managing project budgetsKnowledge of client standards and Quality Control processesA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferencesTo be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is locatedTo occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workLife at JT: The Benefits and PerksOur benefits are competitive, and so are we when it comes to hiring.
