This department follows approved materials SOPs for the Madison site. The Materials Management Team supports other departments in all materials needs, including staging materials for manufacturing.The position will perform daily work assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner. The position will have sound technical aptitude and perform multiple projects at a time. This position can work with moderate supervision.This is a full-time on-site hourly position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmCatalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.The Role:Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials as neededAccurately pick, pack, ship and document all orders to meet customer order fulfillment requirementsManagement of all work orders which includes printing, timely picking and staging of all materials, issuing materials to and closing work orders upon completion.Support Lab materials replenishment reportsAbility to complete inventory cycle count activities as requestedTransport materials as needed or requested by supervisor between external local locations driving a straight truck.Ability to accurately follow procedures or with minimal direction.Ability to work effectively in team situations, cross-functionally, as well as independently.Other duties as assignedThe Candidate:Must have High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license required.
