Job Summary
The role of the Data Management Specialist is to manage and maintain critical data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting company decision-making processes. Assisting colleagues in performing data-related tasks will be required; effective communication will be crucial. This position will work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Essential Functions
Utilize company ERP and CRM databases to achieve the following:Accurately input data into spreadsheets and databases.Validate and verify data to ensure consistency and correctness.Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.Create and maintain reports using Excel or other spreadsheet tools.Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management processes.Propose and implement improvements to streamline data workflows.Document data management procedures and guidelines.Ensure adherence to data quality standards.The Ideal Candidate Will Offer:Proficient data entry and management skills. t Proficient knowledge of data visualization tools.Proficient knowledge of database management systems.Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to tactfully collaborate with team members.Organize, prioritize and manage multiple simple to medium complexity projects in a cross-functional environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to produce high quality work.Education and Experience:Degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics or related field required. 2+ years of experience in a data management or related position required.Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred. Work Hours/Travel:Monday - Friday, 1st shift hours.
