Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Reporting
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and utilize the Workforce Management Suite and MS products
for gathering and analyzing Contact Center data
Maintain and update various methods and templates for extracting
and reporting data from multiple platforms
Identify root causes of reporting variances and trends and provide
recommendations for resolution
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years' Workforce Management or
equivalent experience in a call/contact center environment
Experience in forecasting and scheduling software
Experience in developing forecasts for a contact center
environment
Knowledge of ACD and Workforce Management reporting principles
Proficiency in MS Office programs and advanced PC skills
