Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize clinical expertise to enhance patient clinical outcomes and
transform data into high-quality databases
Collaborate with data scientists to assist in feature engineering
and review model predictions
Bridge the gap between Data Science, Data Engineering, Clinical
Experts, and Product Development to contribute to healthcare
improvement
Required Qualifications:
MD with at least 5 years of closely related clinical training
At least 5 years of experience in clinical informatics, including
experience with EHR and claims data
Deep knowledge of ontologies commonly used by health systems and
payers
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs
Experience with biomarker data sets and waveform data
