Salary Range: 60k-85k
Atrium Hospitality is looking for a passionate Assistant General
Managerto ensure that guests and associates have an excellent
experience at our properties by supporting all facets of the
operation and managing financial performance of the hotel.
The Assistant General Manager will be tasked with the following
duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
2+ years of department head experience in the hospitality industry
to include Rooms and/or F&B experience
Prior direct supervisory experience
Solid understanding of hotel operations, including marketing plans,
security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations,
preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget
forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and
long-range planning.
Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field;
or equivalent experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
