Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual training sessions for sales representatives, managers, and staff members
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with sales and operations partners to develop training programs aligned with company goals

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of sales training and development experience, including virtual training
2+ years of experience as a training manager or leader
Able to provide guidance, support, and coaching to trainers and content designer
Capable of providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales trainers and sales representatives
