Job Description:
Job Purpose To manage the operations, sales and administration
of the after-market parts division as a profitable component of
Stoughton Holdings, Inc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop annual operating budgets for senior management and
board review and approval. Accountable for the profitable sales of
after-market parts to all USA, Canada, and Mexico customers. Full
accountability of profit & loss including but not limited to sales,
accounts receivable/collections, and all expenses as they relate to
the operation of the division.
- Oversee all administrative aspects of the operations,
including, but not limited to employee relations, inventory
management, purchasing, invoicing, pricing, and shipping.
- Establish performance criteria, which are critical to the
continuous improvement of the division and critical to attainment
of goals established for the division.
- Monitor performance criteria with respect to: gross sales, net
sales, net profits, inventory accuracy and investment, accounts
receivable, back-order management, order receiving, accuracy, and
speed.
- Hire, Train, & Develop employees to become effective members of
the team. Capable of accepting advancements within the organization
as the opportunity arises and they are offered.
- Establish partner relationships with current vendors and new
relationships with new vendors.
- Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient and highly
productive manner according to Company policy.
- Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
Maintain good attendance.
- Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Problem solving and decision making during the course of daily
sales, quotes, and tasks required in the operation of the
division.
- Monitor the physical premises and its surroundings. Developing
proposals for improvements to the daily operation of the division
for senior management approval.
- Manage and coordinate all employee work schedules and
activities. Perform annual evaluations with mid-year progress
evaluations.
- Coach and counsel department managers to assist them in the
development of their personnel as members of the team.
- Develop personnel incentives that direct employee efforts
towards the achievement of the goals of the division.
- Work and communicate in a team environment.
- Other duties may be assigned as required by the Company.Above

- Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in business or related
field.
- Minimum seven years managerial experience.

- Managerial and organizational skills.
- Time management.
- Computer knowledge
- Read and understand blueprints/engineering drawings
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Handle the daily stress put upon time and in daily situations
involving either customers or personnel.
- Regular and consistent attendance.
