end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to
late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic
talent to be a Founder and serve in the role of Associate Director
of Contract Optimization.
The Associate Director of Global Market Access (GMAX) Advanced
Analytics is a member of the Market Access Center of Excellence
within Human Health Digital and Data Analytics (HHDDA). This role
acts as a subject matter expert and sets best practice
methodologies in market access analytics and leads cross-functional
agile teams to provide advanced analytic support to the GMAX
organization. The Associate Director of GMAX Advanced Analytics
leverages a deep understanding of market access analytics combined
with superior business acumen and knowledge of the ever-changing
health care payer environment to proactively shape global access
strategy.
The Associate Director of GMAX Advanced Analytics is responsible
for developing & maintaining a set of advanced analytic tools to
inform HTA and launch planning and modeling, pipeline assessment,
optimal pricing and bid strategies at the country level across our
Companys portfolio. The Associate Director role also develops tools
to provide internal stakeholders with rapid access landscapes for
early-stage assessment as well as optimal launch planning. The
Associate Director of GMAX Advanced Analytics will act as a global
market access subject matter expert in working with Human Health
Digital and Data Analytics (HHDDA) functional areas such as Data
Science, Data Visualization and the Business Engagement team. This
role will focus on keeping our Company ahead of the industry in
applying new tools, techniques, and technologies to drive the
organization to make optimal market access decisions.
This position demands strong applied analytical skills and the
ability to lead cross functional agile teams to support access
optimization business decisions. Leadership skills are necessary to
advocate improved investment strategies to executive management
based on data-driven research. This role also requires extensive
experience analyzing ex US data sources such as HTA assessments and
country level claims and sales/Rx data sources as well as hands on
experience using tools such as SQL, python, R, SAS, Spotfire,
PowerBI. Effective written and oral communication skills are
required to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
**Education:**
+ Advanced Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics
+ BS in a field related to analytics
**Knowledge and skills:**
+ 2-3 years delivering ex-US Market Access analytics projects.
+ Expert knowledge of ex-US market access data sources to enable
market access insight generation.
+ Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and BI skills
(PowerBI, Spotfire).

reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final
determinations with respect to salary will take into account a
number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the
primary work location and the chosen candidates relevant skills,
experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$144,320.00 - $227,100.00
