This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based
on the operational needs of the department. This position is hybrid
for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Program Director, Ambulatory Access Operations
to:
Lead workforce planning, analytics, and technology for UW Health's
Central Scheduling team.
Facilitate the selection and implementation of telecom and
workforce management tools for call center and clinic-based
teams.
Develop and maintain people, process, and technology solutions to
support front line team members in providing Remarkable
Healthcare.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff,
leaders, and providers to ensure success of the ambulatory access
program in multiple specialties.

Education :
Minimum - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration
or related field.
Preferred - Master's degree in business, healthcare or related
field.
Work Experience :
Minimum - Three (3) years of progressive leadership in a contact
center or other relevant environment including experience with
workforce optimization software, enterprise analytics, and/or
project management.
Preferred - Five (5) years of progressive leadership in a contact
center including experience with workforce optimization software,
enterprise analytics, and/or project management. Experience in
healthcare or related field.
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred -
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile, other)
ITIL Foundation Certification
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Certification in Epic Cogito and/or Cadence
