For New York City and the state of Colorado only, the range of
starting salary for this role is $196,470 - $416,420. Actual
compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but
not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic
location.
Responsibilities:As a Managing Director in the Energy &
Infrastructure Transactions Group you will work closely with an
experienced team of energy transaction specialists to help clients
develop and fund solar energy projects, growing the Baker Tilly
practice serving solar energy developers. This team member will
coordinate all phases of engagement planning and administration for
large, complex solar energy engagements as well as other concurrent
energy engagements. This includes assisting in the effective
management of the engagement's staff. Extensive knowledge and
experience regarding asset development and funding within the solar
energy industry is required to perform this job. The role requires
an experienced professional with investment banking or financial
advisory experience who can identify, collect, and integrate
information from disparate sources, develop cogent advisory
strategies, and communicate them effectively to clients. The work
will be complex and varied, so independent judgment and discretion
are required.
