More info is below or call / text: 414-939-5870.*Overview: *Oakwood Village is now hiring a full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a fully-staffed in-house team of 11 therapy professionals at their SNF location in Madison.The ideal candidate is an OT, PT, or SLP with some prior managerial experience.We are looking for a creative leader who is ready to manage a dynamic therapy department with professionalism and dependability. Your skills are in demand!*Caseload: *The primary caseload for the department has a mix of short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, and home care. The patient population includes ortho, neuro, and general debility. Net Health is the documentation system.*Work Schedule: *This is a salaried position. The work schedule is typically Monday-Friday in the ballpark of 8am to 4:30pm.
