OverviewJoin a creative, fun, and supportive team at the Agrace Thrift Home Store! Since opening in 2019, this thrift concept store has become a local favorite among donors and shoppers alike. - We knocked out a wall in 2022 to expand our space and now we need another Assistant Manager to join our team! Fill your days with making creative displays, changing out furniture pieces as they sell and preparing them for delivery, coaching volunteer teammates, and connecting with customers and donors. Job entails regular lifting of furniture using safe lifting practices and furniture moving tools. This store is mission-driven as all proceeds go towards funding Agrace's Grief Support Services in our community. Agrace HospiceCare is nationally recognized for the comprehensive hospice services we provide in patients' homes, the Agrace HospiceCare inpatient unit and skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout south central Wisconsin.Agrace Thrift Home Store offers second-hand furniture and home decor to customers at great prices. -ResponsibilitiesJob duties include:- Promoting a positive and supportive team environment- Researching and pricing furniture and collectibles- Making attractive displays- Making posts and answering questions on social media to our digital fanbase- Regular moving of furniture using safe lifting practices and furniture moving tools- Directing and coaching a team of volunteers- Providing excellent customer service to shoppers and donorsQualifications

• High school diploma;
• Three (3) years of work experience in retail management;
• Experience in supervising others or working with volunteers preferred - -
• Experience in sales preferred -
