(Total Compensation Range$165,000-$320,000)The Vice President is
responsible for managing all branch office operations including
business development, customer relationships, project management
and administration. The Vice President is also responsible for
leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry
professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The Vice
President will train, coach, motivate and lead all team members to
meet all revenue and customer service goals.ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Employee EngagementPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSales and
Business Development
- Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability goals
- Generate new business opportunities by identify and fostering
professional trade partner relationships/referral channels as
follows:
- Focus: insurance, property management, commercial,
redevelopment and end users
- Focus: direct insurance repair programs, large loss adjusters,
and claim managers
- Meet or exceed Business Development activities via calls,
email, and networking through membership in trade associations, and
other meansManagement and Human Resources
- Responsible for supporting recruiting efforts by identifying
and attracting top talent
- Ensure employee development and retention by coaching, training
and mentoring team members
- Implement, in partnership with Human Resources, new hire
orientation and performance management planning
- Foster the BluSky Best Practices and company culture
- Time keeping and payroll management
- Ensure all employees follow regulatory and BluSky Safety
ProgramOperations
- Acquire, maintain, and protect company assets
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction are
achieved per goal
- Ensure proper project management practices are followed
- Manage weekly production and WIP reports
- Manage overall regional budget and expenses
- Ensure usage and compliance with electronic file manager
system
- Follow and implement Federal, State, and local employment
laws
- Follow and implement Federal, State, and local laws including
OSHA, IICRC, MSDS sheets, safety
- Ensure BluSky paperwork and file documentation requirements are
met, especially work authorizations and subcontractor
agreements
- Manage accounts receivables per company goals
- Manage accounts payables per company goalsGENERAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve training goals and minimum attendance guidelines as
established by BluSky
- Adheres to all company Best Practices
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times

- All other duties or projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Business, or a related field required
- 5+ years insurance restoration experience preferred
- 3+ years management experience preferred
- Strong business development experience with a proven track
record of success
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and
external contacts throughout the project management process
- Must be able to attend Business Development networking
functions 2-4 evenings a week
- Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and
non-emergency losses across the nation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
such as LinkedIn
- Must be a Rainmaker, Negotiator, and Positive Dealmaker
- Valid driver's licenseCOMPENSATIONBluSky offers a competitive
