Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is a key player in building market share and awareness of RenewAire, the leading manufacturer or Energy Recovery Ventilation systems. You will play an integral role in our mission to make a positive difference for the planet by helping people consume less energy and reduce the cost to condition building air, while providing healthier indoor air quality for people where they work, live and play.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience required
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or product management
• Excellent people skills, including the ability to accomplish goals and strategies with and through others.
• Management skills that motivate and drive people to be their very best
• Well-developed understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and print material best practices
• Excellent software skills and subject matter expertise in digital marketing

  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
  • Technically proficient - able to understand and explain the energy and technical aspects of ERV units and systems.
